Refund Policy

This policy describes when subscription payments may be refunded.

This Refund Policy applies to the Pipeout platform provided by Chain Central LLC, St. Ketevan Queen's Avenue N 64, 0171 Tbilisi, Georgia.

1. Subscription Charges

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing term and are generally non-refundable after the billing period starts.

2. First-Time Purchases

If you are a first-time customer, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase unless prohibited by applicable law.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are typically non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the next billing date. The default notice period is 14 days before term end.

4. Exceptions

We may issue full or partial refunds at our discretion for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service-impacting technical issues.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@pipeout.app with your account email, invoice details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, have exclusive jurisdiction, provided no mandatory venue applies.
